Situated off the main road with little traffic, this unit is the ideal location for a simultaneously relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Spend a day at nearby Silver Dollar City, splash around in our resort pools, or explore the many attractions Branson has to offer. Whatever you choose, you'll be surrounded by peaceful nature. And after a day of fun, your spacious condo is waiting for you, complete with modern amenities to ensure your comfort and convenience. This rental unit is the main level of a 7 bedroom home. The lower level is a 3 bedroom unit that may or may not be rented to another family during your stay. You are welcome to rent the lower level of the building as well, as long as it is available for booking:Book Antlers #9lower
The main level of this unit includes a king suite, queen bedroom and full hallway bathroom, as well as an upstairs space with a king bedroom, twin room sleeping six guests (4 twin beds and 2 trundles), and a full hallway bathroom.
Parking spaces are allocated and not assigned. There are 2 spaces available in front of this unit.
Dogs under 50lbs are welcome only with notice prior to arrival. There is a $100 pet fee per stay. (1 max for this unit)
Outdoor pools are open Memorial Day through Sept 30th from 10am-10pm
Indoor pool is open starting March 5th thru year-end from 10am-9pm

Payment Schedule
25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
40% of the payment is required 165 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
95% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €263 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
